The Beasy.gr website provides its Subscribers with the ability to post job ads for finding staff or finding work for full or part-time positions, respectively.

Each registered user, regardless of role, may choose from specific subscription packages by paying for the upgraded service provided through the Website, as defined in paragraph 14 of the Terms of Use hereof.

Given that the subscription service corresponds to a monthly service, the Company implements a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the respective user after the payment of the relevant subscription package and until its expiration.

Additionally, in the case of purchasing the dynamic profile promotion capability by the respective Job Seeker, and given that this capability remains active for as long as the job ad for which it was activated is posted, and is deactivated only with the rejection of the employee by the employer who reviewed the request, the Company also applies this no-refund policy.

However, if the respective registered user, after purchasing their monthly subscription package or the dynamic profile promotion, is unable to use the service due to an insurmountable technical issue lasting more than 24 hours and solely caused by our Website, a credit for the service for an equal duration will be provided in the immediately following month, upon a relevant request from the interested party sent to our contact details below.
