1. Creation and Use of Account

By registering on our Website, you are required to choose the role that corresponds to your intended purpose. Specifically, you can choose to register either as a Candidate Employer if you wish to publish a job search advertisement or as a Candidate Employee if you are looking for work. Additionally, if you register as a Candidate Employer, you have the option of an additional subcategory of registration, which is that of Individual or Corporate Candidate Employer. This latter subcategory relates to whether the Employer is a natural or legal person as well as the frequency and type of service provided. For example, any natural person wishing to occasionally publish job offers, even for jobs unrelated to their professional profile, can register as an Individual Employer. Furthermore, any legal entity seeking a specific type of work to fulfill its incorporation purpose can register as a Corporate Employer.

Upon your registration on the Website, a personal user profile is created for you, whether you are a Candidate Employer or a Candidate Employee, through which you can search for an employee or a job, respectively. In the context of creating the user profile, you will be asked for information that constitutes the minimum necessary data we need to enable the service we provide. Therefore, when you register on the Website, you will need to provide, with your free consent, some personal data such as your name, your email address, your age, your username, and your password. Additionally, if you choose to register as a Candidate Employee, you have the option to upload your resume or any other relevant information you deem necessary regarding your job search. Therefore, to complete your registration on the Website, you will need to go to the Registration Form and follow the steps described in the relevant section. Upon completing the user registration process, a confirmation message is sent to the email address you provided.

Your Personal Data is processed by the Company as detailed in theData Protection Policy of our Website, which you can refer to at any time.

To complete the above process, it is necessary to create personal user codes that you will choose yourself and must keep confidential. Specifically, access to the services of the platform is provided personally to each user who registered voluntarily and correctly filled in all requested details. The granting or use of your personal account by third parties in any way is not permitted, and you must keep your passwords in a secure place. You are responsible for the use of your user profile on the Website by any person who uses your password. You must ensure the confidentiality of your password and prevent any unauthorized person from gaining access to the Website through the use of your password.

2. Updating and/or Deleting Account

You have the right to edit and update your user profile information on the Website at any time through the relevant option in your account. You can also cancel your registration and account on the Website at any time. Upon submitting a deletion request, the deletion is carried out automatically, and all your related personal data is immediately deleted, with future effect, unless we are required to retain them by explicit legal provision (e.g., for tax purposes). Note that your account may still appear available and active for some time on our servers or on third-party servers due to the nature and technical structure of the Internet.

3. Services for Candidate Employers

The job advertisement of each registered Candidate Employer will be accessible to all registered Candidate Employees through the Website for an indefinite period until an employee is found, with services corresponding to the subscription package they choose. Specifically, each Candidate Employer can choose either the free subscription package (Basic Plan), which includes advertisements and a limit of three [3] job postings per month, or the paid subscription package (Beasy Pro), without advertisements, with the option of unlimited job postings and a special premium user logo.

Every prospective employer, after posting a job offer advertisement, can receive requests from all registered job seekers interested in that specific advertisement directly, without the mediation of the business. Upon sending the request from the job seeker, the prospective employer can have full access to the user profile of the specific job seeker and the details that the job seeker chose to post on their profile, such as personal information, their photo, and their resume.

4. Services for Job Seekers

Additionally, there is the option for dynamic promotion of the user profile for job seekers using the free subscription package (Basic Plan) by paying the corresponding amount (Boost), so that the application is reviewed with time priority.

Every job seeker, after adding all the necessary information regarding their work experience to their account, can send requests to all registered prospective employers regarding job offers that interest them, directly without the mediation of the business, with the option to choose whether the prospective employer will have access to their resume when examining their request.
